Jefferson Parish, in conjunction with surrounding Parishes, established a post disaster re-entry plan in the wake of the 2005 hurricanes. Leaaf obtained the highest level of re-entry, being designated a Tier 1 Emergency Response group. This means Leaaf personnel are allowed re-entry within 24 hours of a disaster, ensuring environmental control of its clients facilities in Jefferson, Orleans, Tammany, St. Bernard and Plaquemines Parishes.
