Leaaf officially welcomes a new co-owner of the company, Jesse Hoppes. Mr. Hoppes has a BS in Geology and an MBA and is a registered professional geologist. He has over a dozen years of environmental project experience; specializations include environmental site assessments, project management on cleanup sites, underground storage tanks, superfund sites, and cost estimating.

Madeline Dickson, who was working as an intern during 2013, has officially become a full-time employee with Leaaf. Ms. Dickson is a graduate of Tulane with a BS in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. Her honors Thesis was on “Female Mate Choice and Prezygotic Isolation between Cyprinids.” She will providing support in PI-ESAs, field sampling, writing reports, and wetland delineations.

Caitlin Carter is currently participating in Leaaf’s internship program this semester as she works on completing her Masters of Science in Global Environmental Health Sciences specializing in Water Quality from Tulane University. Ms. Carter is helping with discharge water sampling, preparing DMRs, and providing general field sampling support.
