Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation Environmental Support
Leaaf provided environmental support to the developer of the historic Falstaff Brewery in New Orleans, LA. Leaaf addressed asbestos, lead-based paint, and solid waste throughout the building and provided oversight during remediation activities. Through experience working with the Regional Planning Commission (RPC) Leaaf was able to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the property utilizing Brownfields Assessment Grant dollars. The facility is currently over 90% occupied.
